What is the rate? How will I be charged?
Our charges are based on a per word basis of the source text. We offer competitive rates without compromising on quality. Prices start at SGD0.10 per word and vary according to language pair, subject area, turnaround time and volume. Our normal delivery for Best Value Package is 3-4 working days for documents less than 2000 words.
Who are the translators handling my documents?
The translators we use are native speakers of the target languages who are trained to understand the specific industry requirements. Only natives who are based in their home countries are fully in touch with the slang, their usages and latest terminology development in the target country. Your translator will be specially chosen to ensure that your language requirements are met effectively and efficiently. With these experts working on the projects, you will be assured a high level of quality and accuracy.
What is Notarization of documents? Why do I need it?
A Notarized translation is a translation that is signed and dated by the translator in the presence of a notary public. Notarization indicates that the person signing the certification has provided the notary with identification. Some institutions may require notarized translation of academic records and credential. As such requirement differ from institutions to institutions, so do make sure you are fully informed of the notarization requirement.
Notarization will involve an extra charge to cover the notary's fee, the time and trouble for notarization, and shipment of the paper copy.
